After breaking 1000 comments on the previous thread, I felt it was a good time to start another.
As a reminder, here are some of the most recent outstanding questions for Kathy:
From Laurie:
You said you answered my questions, and wish more questions were asked. Here are some questions that were not addressed.
Matt 23:8 read first
Philemon 1:10
1 Corinthians 4:14-17
1 Corinthians 12:27
2 Timothy 1:11
1 Timothy 2:7
Ephesians 4:11,12Why is it that messiah says not to be called rabbi or father, but Paul it’s not obedient to this command?
Matt 10:7,8
1 Timothy 5:17,18
1 Corinthians 9:11,12Messiah says here that he had given freely, go and freely give. Again, Paul is disobedient.
Matt 18:15
Galatians 2:11-14
Messiah said that if you have a problem with your brother, you should deal with it privately. Here Paul lashes out at Peter “before them all”.
Matt 9:10-12
2 Thessalonians 3:6,7
Yahusha said in the passage above that he came to call the sinner to repentance, not the righteous. Why would Paul want to separate from those that actually need him?
From William:
the “evidences” you listed arent real evidences. And since you refuse to look at things that are counter to your current beliefs, how can you honestly speak to me about evidences?
here’s all I’ve seen you provide:
1) martyrs, even though every religion and many non-religions have them.
2) our very existence – which no one knows how that started, but even if you must land on god(s), you must go back to that book of claims to get to jesus.
3) there were miracles, but as it turns out, those dont happen today, and end up being more claims by the same men who claim they speak for god.
4) the fulfilled prophecies we’ve discussed weren’t really prophecies at all, or had to be viewed so figuratively that it’s difficult to show anything precise about them other than location (maybe) in order to claim they’re actually fulfilled.
5) 40 authors taking 1500 years to write the bible. But there’s nothing miraculous about men writing books, editing books, and being inspired to write a book or letter after reading an older book.
In addition to these, I’d like to ask something of both Kathy and Laurie (Matt or Hayden or portal001 (Ryan) can chime in as well):
The Bible defines God as being all-loving, all-merciful, fair, just, etc. It can also be read as promising an eternity in Hell for those who don’t serve him correctly. As a believer, how do you square those two statements?
“Arch is correct, Kathy has no where else to go” – I get one right every once in a while —

Paul Williams,
you must be joking… smarter than us?
But after 2 months with kathy, It doesnt seem like you’re telling us anything we havent already figured out – except for maybe the “lost cause” or “pure evil” stuff – but you cant blame us for not instantly jumping on board with a stranger can you?
what would that say about us?
if you’ve run out of all sympathy for kathy over 6 years, then i dont blame you, but then dont blame us if we do still have sympathy.
this is nate’s house in a way. At times I mock and call kathy names out of frustration and for entertainment value, but it’s probably not good form to throw too many stones at a guest in another person’s house – if you can dig it?

Ah, arch…I know the hypocrisy is what fried your backside. It’s what fries all of us if we’re honest. But we can all see right through it. While we might not have know all the gory details, haven’t we been relatively certain for some time now that this was going on?
And I getcha about the Food Stamp thing. I was 12 when my dad died suddenly. He had no life insurance. Didn’t think he needed it, I guess, because he was so young himself. Anyway it left my mom with a 16 y.o., a 12 y.o., a [barely] 2 y.o., and a 6 month-old. With no money. She didn’t even make a trip to the welfare office, I don’t think. She went to work doing anything she could drag 2 little ones along to do. And when I wasn’t in school I watched them so she could work. My older sister had a “real” job.
To this very day I work 2 jobs – sometimes 3. I guess I helped pay for her benefits. It aggravates me to no end when she starts screaming lib’ral agenda crap.
I agree that anyone who reaps the benefits of our social programs should certainly not be biting the hand that feeds them.

I’ve heard stories….apparently he only comes out when all the planets align…when the duck quacks 9, at the turn of the watermill. He goes by many names….Some know him as….Tim

“I’m not really sure what’s going on, but its kinda nice to see people backing Kathy up! Weird!”
Not really, despite rumors to the contrary, we’re good people. I haven’t eaten a baby in weeks – I’m trying to cut down.

6yrs ago I did a portrait of Kathy,
highlighting her “reverse ignorance” theory.
she was the cover girl for that months issue of “baal keller fanitix”
she never bothered to thank me!

paul, do you and kathy know each other outside of the internet?

actually Kathy lives less than 20 miles from me,
I imagine that at some point we have crossed physical planes,
but no, I’ve never met her in person,
too dangerous,
florida is stand your ground
and Kathy always says that trayvon martin’s wrongful death was “god’s will”
on a positive note, Kathy’s daughter is a liberal.
so, that must really make her unhappy.

how old is kathy? did you share this already?

Wow, that’s interesting about her daughter.
I’ve had a very difficult time trying to figure out how old Kathy is. I initially assumed she was middle-aged, but Arch got the impression that she was quite young — maybe early or mid-twenties?
Not that it matters, I guess — just interesting.

Yeah, and Florida has really built quite a reputation the last few years. I used to live in Pensacola, so the only two states I’ve ever lived in are Florida and Alabama. Both have their baggage…

florida is full of crazy people and I’m one of them.
but I make it glamorous
Kathy is in her mid to late forties. could be 50 now.
her daughter had gotten married a few years back.
not sure of her age. but she is 16yrs younger than Kathy.
I have been reading all of you guys thoughtful discussions and debates.
it has been rude of me to come ranting in here,
but my blood boiled when I saw her here up to her old shenanigans.
the deal here is she is not a Christian,
she belongs to a hate group using jesus and christianity as a weapon.
these people have to be stopped, not pitied and catered to.
getting me to be civil is like getting kathy to apply logic,
not going to happen.
so I am going to have to be the bigger man and step out.
she’s going to say I ran,
but who really cares what she has to say
she’s evil.
and she’s schmearing her evil all over you nice people.

Oh yeah, I wouldn’t worry about what she might say in response.
Thanks for being so upfront — take care!

Well, paul, I think no one here would be fooled in she claimed victory over you… or over anything beyond eluding the psychiatric ward.
but I appreciate you. If you cant say anything nice, dont say anything at all. it’s big of you to know your limitations and bow out gracefully.
